When you use SenseMaker™, you may choose to share:

- your name

- your email address

- your date of birth

- information about your health experiences, history, and reflections

You are always free to decide how much you share.

How Your Information Is Used

The information you provide is used solely to:

- create your SenseMaker™ orientation summary

- support your participation in the SenseMaker™ space

Your information is not used for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

A constrained AI system is used as a reflective tool to assist in organising and summarising the information you provide.

The AI:

- does not retain memory of your personal data beyond the summary process

- does not make decisions about your care

AI output is reviewed before being shared with you.

Storage and Access

Your information is stored securely and accessed only as needed to deliver the SenseMaker™ service.

Your personal orientation summary is shared only with you, within your private container.

Data Retention

Orientation materials remain accessible to you for a limited period, as described at the time of service.

Copies may be retained securely for continuity and record-keeping, unless you request deletion, subject to legal or professional obligations.

What Is Not Done With Your Data

Your information is:

- never sold

- never shared with third parties for marketing

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
